Mom, miss you so. there's so much i want to talk to you about. i wish you could see what a nice young man your grandson grew into. i want to tell you about the divorce, mac's death, your three-day-old greatgrandson (but you must know him, as he's joined you and daddy.) i want to tell you about my new husband and the two wonderful stepsons i have. and yes, the three beautiful stepgrandkids. so much, mom, and you're not here to see it. god, i miss you!!

Dad, you've been gone for over a year now but it seems like you passed away just yesterday. I think about you everyday and miss you everyday. I have this hole in my heart that wasn't there before you left and it's extremely hard for me to acdept the fact the I'm not going to be seeing you or talking to you for the rest of my life. The one thing that does give me peace is that your with the Lord and that one day we will see each other again. I love you daddy.

I miss you very much! You now have a beautiful great granddaughter named Mikiyah. Dad says you would be so thrilled to see her. She is 18 months old now. She is a whiper snapper and has a smile that grows on everyone. I am sure you are looking down on us and blessing her with your love. I think of you often and miss you terribly.

This is our first Mother's Day appart. I do not know how I will get through this day without you. I love you so much. I think of you everyday. I wish you were here so I can tell you how proud I am to be your daughter.
